GOV.UK- DOCUMENT EXPLAINING DATA PROTECTION. States the following:-

States Everyone responsible for using personal data has to follow strict rules called ‘Data Protection principles’ They must make sure the information is:-

1. Used fairly, lawfully and transparently.
2. Used for specified, explicit purposes.
3. Used in a way that is adequate, relevant and limited to only what is necessary.
4. Accurate and where necessary kept up to date.
5. KEPT FOR NO LONGER THAN IS NECESSARY
6. You should be informed about how your data is being used.
7. Have Data erased.

I will show you in this exposé, how non of the above has ever been carried out by Dorset Police re the files they have compiled on me!

I should first tell you how I found they could have files on me. For I like so many in the UK I did not even know they had files on me & that is in contravention of no 6 above.

August 2025. I have now reached the point where all my attempts to get Dorset Police to respond to my request for them to erase my files have all been totally ignored.

I am listing all the efforts I have made to the Dorset Police to do this – plus a list of all the alleged bodies one can also complain to, re their refusals. You will see that in this country we have a rotten system that stops ordinary members of the public of ever being able to get justice-unless they are extremely rich. Plus they have enough years left to live whilst the slow wheels of so called ‘justice grind on-which in my case being in my 80’s – I don’t have – even if I had the money to enter litigation.

This list is in the order which you must take when approaching the bodies concerned, when you want to make a complaint against your police force.

1/ The Chief Constable of Dorset Police.

Each letter sent her was never acknowledged and was merely passed down to the following department.

2/ The Complaints & Misconduct Department.

(which is the name they use for their email) but known as the Professional Standards Department. In the first instance they should have dealt with the Formal Complaint I made to the C.Const. Instead their Inspector T.J Whittle embarked on a course of deliberate obfuscationary remarks, trashing what I had tried to get the C.Cons to see what her Force was doing to me. He dressed up what I had said in my Formal Complaint to make it seem that I had already made the exact same complaint previously and that had been dealt with. An outright lie and easily proved to be so. You will see a copy of this letter in the body of the following story. A second attempt letter to him, to repudiate his accusations and lies, only cynically resulted in a copy of his first letter being sent to me-as ifto give me 2 fingers!

I claim that this represents a ‘deliberate and cynical act of ‘Perverting the Course of Justice’. For the Dorset Police know full well that the files that they made up on me could easily be shown to have been set up to denigrate me and to affect my life in a very negative way. That this could be easily seen if the content of those files was examined by an independent person during a thorough investigation. That it could also be seen that a person or persons within the Force could be behind this and be seen in documentary evidence, that such a person exists.  

The Dorset Police obviously do not want any of that to be admitted and so are using their power, coupled with known weak laws and regulations and the various Acts to do with the Police & how thay behave. Plus how the government can stop the not rich UK Public, from bringing the UK Police to Justice. They obviously know that if it were easy and cheap to do, they would be inundated because of the known propensity of all of the UK Police to be incompetent and corrupt.  

On that score I ask why the Dorset Police do not have files on me pre 2001. For I have had serious problems and more corrupt actions with the Dorset AND Met police going back to 1992. (As seen in the blog I set up in 2008 & which can be seen via this website). I say that this is because those corrupt actions are so serious that if they were exposed in full, there would be a National outcry.

3/ OPCC

When getting nowhere with Dorset Police, one has to take your complaint to another corrupt quango organisation called the Police & Crime Commisioner. Each UK Police Force has one of these useless entities attached to their Force. It is all a con on the Public to make it seem that we have an ability to eventually get complaints about corrupt and incompetent Police Forces, dealt with. If you remember there was such an outcry about the corruption of the original UK Police complaints set up that were staffed by 95% ex cops who routinely threw out 97-98% of all complaints, so eventually they set up this stitch up-set up they called the Office of the Police & Crime Commissioner (OPCC)

My local one got a new head of this con on the Public lot, He is so in hock with the Dorset Police, you will NEVER EVER get justice through him.

But one has to go through the motions otherwise you get accused of not giving the (‘corrupt’) set up the government has forced you to use-a chance to do their job. For if you don’t go through the motions with this OPCC, then you cannot go onto the next step.

4/ ICO

You are advised that as all this complaint that you have-is to do with Data-you can always complain to the Information Commissioners Office. Of course I did this and guess what they told me after they had seen all the evidence I’d sent them-that I had to go back to the Dorset Police as there was nothing they could do. So all the laws on data and how it is used, counts for nothing – it is again all a con to make it look like you have protections, when you have none!

5/ CITIZENS ADVICE

You are advised that you can always get free legal advice from Citizens Advice. A most useless mob if ever there was as they know nothing (about serious stuff like that I am faced with) You do find out that today there is in effect no ‘Legal Aid’ anymore as the monetary level solicitors get is so low, no solicitor will touch cases now. Funny how this does not seem to apply to all those immigrants trying to wangle themselves into the UK helped by legions of so called ‘Human Rights’ lawyers who all seem to be immigrants themselves and seemingly working for preactically nothing! and it’s all paid for by ‘Legal Aid’!

6/ JUDICIAL REVIEW

Lastly you are also advised that you can always seek a Judicial Review in the Courts. But what the devious Police don’t tell you is that to take that route costs a huge amount of money, as you have to use expensive lawyers AND you have to start the process within a quite short space of time after the events. The whole process could take years.

So in effect, a person in my situation does not have a chance to get their complaint ever dealt with-when the police in their corrupt ways decide to stonewall you-knowing there is bugger-all you can do about it – especaily when they know you are in effect – penniless.

7/ MY LOCAL MP- In my case, a wonderful chappy called Tom Hayes.

WHO IS HELL BENT ON MAKING A NAME FOR HIMSELF But in my case, because it’s to do with the local plod-a mob he so busy brown noseing up to, so he will not upset them. Any decent MP and I have used many MP’s in past years when in business, will if you have a problem to do with a government department or a local council, take on board the facts and try to help you by approaching whoever it is, etc. So I sent this Hayes bloke a short email asking for an appointment to I could tell him face to face what had been going on. Then all he had to do was approach the Dorset Police and ask them why they were doing what they were doing-refusing to erase my files.

Incredibly the reply from one of his staff was that he could not interfere with what the Dorset Police were doing- which was not what I was asking him to do-only to ask why they were stonewalling me and refusing to erase my files, which I had the right to ask for under the Data Protection Act. I tried several times and inevitably they then resorted to the nowadays trick- oh you are being aggressive, or you are shouting (even when it involves only emails) or you are being disrespectful-when it is the other way round.

8/ CONTACT THE MINISTER-IN THIS CASE THE POLICE MINISTER

In our wonderful country today with its rubbish system of governence, in order to contact any Minister one has to do this via your MP! Ministers are so High and Mighty that peasants have to be kept at bay. BUT WHAT IF AS IN MY CASE YOUR MP SIMPLY DOES NOT WANT TO HELP YOU- HOW CAN YOU GET A LETTER TO THE MINISTER CONCERNED??

I am going to compile a letter- send it to Hayes in an envelope-(Mark it private) and ask him to pass it on-so watch this space for the result.

For as long as I can remember, various governments have brainwashed us that Britain is a law abiding country where the citizens abide by the rule of law. How hollow is that saying today? – when the governments of today, and especially their police-responsible for keeping law and order-are responsible for grievous acts of unlawfulness themselves!

I was involved in 2012 whilst on a scooter turning right on a mini roundabout. The car approaching me should have given way – obviously and didn’t. I was quite seriously injured and it was the actions of the Dorset Police cop who turned up that alerted me to the possibility that he had something against me that could only have come from intelligence found in files, on me. As I have no criminal record-how could this happen?

But it was what that Dorset Police cop then did that made me think that the Dorset Police definitely had something against me that could be seen in files, on me. He changed a witness statement from ‘I was not at fault’ to ‘I was at fault’. Now why did he do that-did the Dorset Police have something against me and that could be in files on me?

I asked the Dorset Police if they had files on me and their answer was “We neither admit nor deny we have files on you.” That in itself tells you they have and was again in contravention of Rule 6. So I took them to court as a self litigant. The Judge was obviously a pal of the Council Lawyer who represented the Dorset Police, I was on a loser and was accused of wasting/abusing court time and in effect fined £2,000 by awarding the lawyers costs for this huge amount-for half an hour of his time. I got a Barrister on Pro-Bono to force the court to rescind all that as they had not followed the rules. But it shows you just what the Dorset Police and their crony mates-the judges are quite happy to trash the rights of the public!

I did not get an answer to whether the Dorset Police did have files, so gave up so as to carry on my retirement. Fast forward to 2023. I read online that in 2018 the Data Protection Act came out and gave one the right to see all data (files included) on one and even from the Dorset Police. So made a request to see my files. It took them six months to send them to me – and you will ahead, see why that is important. They sent them to me in an encrypted file which took some effort to even be able to open. Get this- You are told that the contents cannot be copied or sent on to a third party- the bastards don’t want anyone else to see the contents and make it difficult for you to use the files to cause the Dorset Police trouble. Being an engineer and having a son in IT we could extract the files and copy them!

Amazingly there were 56 A4 pages containing 56 files, and each file had a reference number. There were things about the composition of the files that told me, when I forensically examined them all that showed me they were a con. Even the 3 header pages that came with the files, contained incorrect information on them and that showed me that whatever was going to be in those files it was going to be sloppily made up and no doubt shonky. Included in those 3 pages they had various paragraphs giving you articles/information sites you could visit to get lots of information on data information. I saw that a site with the address www.dorset.police.uk/news-information/legal-privacy would tell me what I needed and definitely wanted to know, seeing as they had refused to erase all my files – and dating back 24 years – guess what-the page that came up said &this was a Dorset Police page-it told me:-

SORRY – We can’t find the page you are looking for this page has been moved, deleted or does not exist. Use the search box below to find the one you need.

“You cannot make it up” – as Littlejohn often states in his Daily Mail articles. Obviously the Dorset Police simply don’t want the Public to find out this info-”keep the bastards ignorant” is their ‘Motto’!

If they did want us to know this info, why haven’t they just given you the now new internet address? (If indeed there is even one in existence!)

And this is further made clear to you when you use that box, by putting in “How long can the Dorset Police hold your Data? It too comes up with no information!

If the above kernels of info are not enough for you-there is more on this first page-they say they searched the “Dorset Crime and Information System” now why would they do that when I should not even be on that system as I have never committed any crimes in my life!

They further compound their obvious desire to stuff me up, by then stating that they found:-

Person Report-1 of Occurrences-28 of… when the truth is that there were 56 files in all, with reference numbers attached to them.

Clearly the Dorset Police are so ignorant and illiterate that they not only constantly tell lies but also cannot count!

Out of the 56 files, 28 of them showed either no date and or no details of why the file had been made up in the first place. This because no ‘Summary’ (explanation) was to be seen or if a Summary is seen, it is so short that one cannot deduce what occurred and why the file is in existence.

11 files of the 28, were merely showing that I had done my civic duty by reporting online to the government website about cars parked in my street cluttering it up, that had no MOT, no TAX in many cases almost certainly no insurance. Yet those actions were all on my personal file. Had I broken a law here and which gave Dorset Police the excuse to clutter up my personal file with no less than 11 more files that had nothing to do with criminality & law breaking and thus making me out to be what? In their eyes.

Including in those 11 reports were a few reports I’d made reporting a Covid breaker. Which I’d made about a person badly breaking the Covid rules by coming in and out of my block of flats and many times during the day. Also entering another block of the 5 blocks on my estate. Thus putting many of the over 60’s & to 100 years old-residents at risk by putting her hands all over the front door and the walls of the hallway and bannisters which we all also had to touch and she never used gloves.

I ask you what did those 11 files have to do with the police, so that you end up with files that add to the total and have nothing to do with police matters and are you a threat to the state etc? – so you should be on these ‘intelligence files until you are 100? (That is one of the rules)

Also if you investigate all the rules on file keeping you find online, that are made up by either the Government or the Dorset Police themselves, they show that non criminal files and of no consequence, normally are only kept for 6 years. The vast majority of my files are over 6 years, old yet the Dorset Police refuse to erase them… why is this?

There are 4 files where the Summary story is totally incorrect, so anyone (like obviously a Dorset Police cop) reading the files will be fed information that would give them wrong ideas about that person and that could have severe future manifestations for you.

Three files are so badly written that they show that far from me being a ‘VICTIM’ of a crime against me-thus making me to be seen as ‘the perpetrator’ So the files would show another Dorset Police cop reading them, that I was not the VICTIM! That would surely cloud how he/she would view me as a person and I can as said above, show that is exactly what happened.

Another three files also fail to show I was in fact-the VICTIM and because they do not show what the outcome was and again as those files so badly written as well-they in fact show me as the perpetrator! One file story were I was the victim of ageist abuse was so badly written and slanted against me that even though there was no evidence against me at all and they had to drop the case, this is not made clear. I had not even been arrested, but that is not made clear and to add insult to injury, the person involved was not even charged for the ageist abuse against me or for lying in his evidence and this despite my complaining about that-as is usual in all my comings to with the Dorset Police they never showed any of that in this particular file.

On this particular ageist abuse story, further on the Dorset Police made a point of visiting my landlords to see if they could rake up evidence to charge me. There were no witnesses and yet the Dorset Police tried to intimate there were. Were the Dorset Police trying their best to get me?

They also told my landlord that they wanted my phone number, yet these files show one that they had my phone number already and goodness knows how many times I had rung them where I had to give it to them- More skulduggery I am afraid. This particular file would definitely brainwash any Dorset Police cop reader of my files against me.

The one file covering where I was actually arrested and would give the Dorset Police the excuse to make up the ‘Intelligence File’ – I was again the VICTIM and this time of a woman ex fellow resident of a block of flats we were both residents. She didn’t like me because I asked her (nicely) if she wouldn’t mind not waking me up at 6am every morning when she got up and made a racket getting to leave for work. She then through the landlords wife who she was friendly with, got me evicted. She owned a car that was badly looked after and was even then covered in scratches.

Fast forward some years when I was walking down my street to go to the local shops. I was at that time using a large long wheelbase Landrover I’d restored and was up for sale. I thought I should then get a smaller car and when I saw this woman’s little Fiat 500 car there on the roadside sporting a ‘For Sale’ sign in the back window. I stopped for a few seconds to see the asking price. Carrying on past it, I was assailed by a man who unseen by me was sitting in a car parked in front of the Fiat. He accused me of scratching the car. The Dorset Police got involved and arrested me for criminal damage. Now here on in, what they did, shows anyone that the Dorset Police for some reason were out to get me!

Dorset Police never mounted a proper investigation in any way. Dorset Police never took photos of the car on the day, which would have shown all the scratches on it. I took photos of all of the car. Dorset Police never handled the evidence that I was carrying my Swiss penknife because they showed it to the so called witness asking him if this was what I used.- this against evidence procedures. Of course he said “yes”. Dorset Police never investigated the background of this witness and had they done so would have found he was a friend of the woman owner. Dorset Police never gave me and my lawyers any of their evidence-despite legally obliged to – PRIOR to the trial. As we many times, were asking for it. We got it as we walked into the court!

My South African Barrister demolished the whole case. (had it been a UK Barrister I’d have lost the case!) The Dorset Police failures, the crooked witness who turned out to be a friend of the women car owner, the invoice for thousands of pounds that showed a local Fiat dealer had painted the whole car, and repaired places inside the car and wheel arches. This when the alleged scratch was 6 inches up on the offside car door and not to be seen on my photo of it. Plus I had walked past the car on the nearside and not the offside as claimed.

So why had the Dorset Police done all this? It showed me that they had set out deliberately to try and make sure that they hung on me-a criminal record/ heavy fine. The answer to that question can only be that someone in the Dorset Police is behind all this. There cannot be any other answer. Maybe the answer lies in the fact that my landlord (A Housing Association) and their CEO is an ex Dorset Police cop and you know what they say “Once a cop always a cop” and it is a no brainer that he will still have contacts in the Dorset Police. He was and is a nasty piece of ***** and hated that I stood up to him, when he tried bullying me.

On that topic I have documentary evidence that the Dorset Police during the ageist abuse case, visited my landlords office and asked one of the staff if they were taking any action against me (IE evicting me) now why would they the Dorset Police do that, one has to ask! Not only that, but this woman PC in an email to the same staff member, said that the Dorset Police thought I had attacked the delivery driver-by kicking him. She bemoaned the fact that the CCTV of my block of flats did not show me doing that (as it never happened) bear in mind that I am an 80+ year old man with chronic back pain and heart problems-could I assault a young fit man?? So they had to drop the case-but the clincher is, that she then said “But we know he did kick him.” It is all in black and white in that email I have. Again one has to ask “what is going on in the Dorset Police and their obvious efforts to do me down and get me either in prison or at the very least get me a criminal record-thus messing up my life”

Now to what do all the 56 files on me actually show about me? But first I need to show you how each file is made up. All the files are on an A4 page and each line going downwards-there is a heading to tell you what that line is about.

Further on in this narrative you will see a copy of page 1 of the 56 file pages. So you will be able to see how they are all made up.

One thing should strike you straight away is that on every one of the 56 pages starting in 2001, my address is shown as being the address that I only moved to in November 2013. So anyone with more than two brain cells should ask- ‘How come a file dated in 2001 shows my address as being an address that only became my address in 2013’? For it follows that a file sheet made up on date shown at No 2 should show my address as it really was in 2001. The fact is that the Dorset Police never knew what addresses I was living at, from 2001 right through to 2013. Plus-for about 3 years-I was abroad.

So how can the person who made up that file in 2001 know the address they put in as my address, when even I didn’t know it in 2001? So the address shown in all the files pre late 2013 are all just ‘made up-forged if you like-but all showing manipulation and corruption. You have to know that a report file of any police matter occurrence, would be made by a Dorset Police cop-on the day it happened not days or weeks ahead, so why do all the files pre 2013 show information from even years ahead- surely that is damn-obvious of manipulation or better still outright lies-even to a dope?

There is more-for my phones used, as shown on lines 14/17 & 18. All show 3 phone numbers, all bought and used by me from 2012. (Because the first 2 were useless phone companies I dumped) The latest phone I only bought & used, from around 2020.

Yet on all the files from 2001 to late 2013, all the 3 phones are listed as my phones. Hope you can see that discrepancy? It shows jiggery pokery at its best, or better known as outright manipulation and lies, as I point out. Like the address shown from the 2001 file and the phone numbers-show that all my files are a scam /forgery/made up or in legal terms – not bona-fide!

Even the car scratching file and the ageist driver file, also which fail to show that they were scams and thrown out of court and thus making me ‘INNOCENT’- but of course the Dorset Police want to cast assertions on my character and show I am a person of interest to them and they should keep tabs on me and so show bulging personal files on me. They go as far as to forge cases on subjects-non of which are police matters!

Even on their very first Page 1 of the files-at the top of the page you will see (on the copy shown further on) that they list my 2013 address and note they couldn’t even get the date I started living there-right, by saying it was in 2016 when as I have pointed out it was 2013! You will also see they have it I owned a car-which I never owned. So how can anything they state, be believed for it’s authenticity and all be bono-fide?

This day that I am writing this, I have just read yet another horror story of how a bloke has done 5 and half years for a crime he never did (how many of those are we seeing all so often and others for even higher amounts of years, like the recent guy who did 38 years for a crime he never committed) Ruined their lives and they had a hell of a battle to get exonerated & to get compensation, which the bastards in government and our ‘not fit for purpose’ so called ‘Justice System’ are responsible for. If that were not such a horror fact, don’t forget there is the ‘Post Office horror story’ and today I read that Mr Bates has been told by our shit Labour Pollies that his compensation total is being cut in half! Now my point here is that when you look at my case and how the evidence I am providing you with, showing how our oaf Dorset Police are simply incapable of putting together these files and evidence in cases that are all 100% on the ball and correct & are bon-fide. Imagine if all of them were serious cases of criminality and or were ‘murder cases’ – I would be in prison for the rest of my life!

I say that I am convinced that it looks very much like that all these files were concocted/manipulated/forged-call them what you like, in the 6 months time span it took them to get them to me, if they were genuine and on Dorset Police’s computer system- with a click of a button they could have brought them all up in minutes and printed them all off and off to me.

So why did it take them 6 months? -well it would have taken at least that time to manipulate/forge them all up, as there is a lot of info to be searched for and forged up into all the 46 files! If you like me, read the newspapers and watch the TV programmes on our corrupt Police and read loads of books too-you will know our corrupt Police Forces are quite capable of doing all I claim and the evidence is all there – irrefutably so.

Another piece of evidence of the files credibility, can be see in the very last file dated the 22^nd August 2023 at 8.44pm. I live in a conurbation of five large blocks of Housing Association flats.

‘The Place of Occurrence’ is said to be ‘Harling House’ & it was supposed to be a ‘Public Order Offence’… Now this is a block where I ‘never’ visit. I have no friends there, in any case. I am supposed to have committed a ‘Public Order offence’-yet no description is listed-so what were the details of the alleged offence? I have no key to enter the block either so I wonder why is that file in existence? It seems most likely it is another case of making up a file so as to stuff up my file with as many files as possible-no other explanation!

But as creature of habit, from 6 pm I watch the start of the BBC news and also start my evening meal, which I will have finished by 7 pm. I then sit in my recliner chair to watch the CH4 tv news until 8pm then watch any decent tv programme comes on or read a book… and I do not move until I go to bed. At midnight!

This file is a complete forgery… it never happened and why is there no explanation as to what it was about? So why was it made up?… I hope by now you are getting the picture.

Now to show you a selection of files containing made up or incorrect summaries or containing info on things that never happened :-

1. FILE No 55019002155. Dated 13/1/2001.

This is one of the 25 files that Dorset Police couldn’t find an excuse or lie to put in the ‘OCCURRENCE BOX’ So we cannot deduce what this file was about-but there it is clogging up my personal file and a portent of what was to come in all the files henceforth. However as I have said I am a creature of habit and me and my then partner (She lived in Christchurch and I in Charminster) would get together on a Wednesday & Thursday overnight, at my house and I would visit her at her house-staying overnight on Saturday & Sunday night. This date on this file of an occurrence on the 13th August happens to be a Saturday and at the time listed of 2315… we would be tucked up in bed- she like to go to bed early!

2. FILE No 55079068127. Dated 1/6/2007.

Summary outboard stolen. Trouble with this file is that in 2007 I was in New Zealand and then onto Australia until mid 2008. Another made up file.

3. FILE 55109147654. Dated 4/11/2010.

This file is a complete farce and what is described never happened as described. It states-’ V1 Lost control on a slippery road causing rider to fall off’ The fact was that I was riding my scooter out of the bike shop, where it was having an MOT on. My front wheel hit a large plastic bottle in the gutter and caused the bike to topple over throwing me off. This was witnessed. It is an incorrectly described file, so has no worth. These as the true actions that were not described and these are important and should have been included in the summary. The rider was knocked out and unconscious for quite some time, so taken to Poole Hospital for an overnight stay and check up. Release the next day. Yet intheir summary, they amazingly describe that the rider only suffered ‘slight injury’.

4a. FILE 5129016480. Dated 6/2/2012.

This was when I was hit by a car whilst crossing Southbourne Grove. Would you not think that on a file that is being made up about a serious police matter such as an RTA/RTC, the Dorset Police would get all and any info absolutely correct. For in the future over such an incident the info in such a file may be referred to in legal proceedings and used. This making it absolutely imperative that it is 100% correct.

So how did the Dorset Police do? Well this time on their long summary they actually do get the correct address of myself at that date. But this is at odds with the address shown on the header page which is seen on all these files, which as I have already said is showing my current address which is from 2013 and not at the date of this occurrence!

However they give the wrong post code. Another mistake is that under ‘Place of offence’ they state ‘Southbourne Road’. It just again shows how sloppy Dorset Police cops are, so all these files have to be viewed with the utmost suspicion.

4b. FILE 55129016369. Dated 6/2/2012.

This was my Black Friday day, for in the morning on my scooter I was nearly killed my a motorist. Then in the afternoon whilst crossing the Southbourne Grove road with a mate (as above), to recover my scooter, I got hit by a car. This incident started my conviction that Dorset Police were up to no good as described.

I will now tell you just how poor their summary of that incident is. First they call my scooter a moped (which is in the 40’s and 50’s and onwards a Moped was a push bike that had a small engine fitted which when activated would propel you to around 15-20 mph. Hense ‘Mo’ for Motor and ‘Ped’ of Pedal. You got the engine operating by first of all pedalling. Got it? Our dopey Police have still not caught up on this description of a scooter, even 70 years on, after the demise of mopeds. Then the incident is described as a ‘collision’ when no collision ever took place. Later on in the summary it is now said that ‘no contact took place’. I am then said to have skidded when no skidding took place as I was only doing 10mph, if that, and came to a halt so quickly that I lost balance and was THROWN off. To compound the stupidity of the writer, it is said to have taken place on Southbourne Grove, when the FACT was it was on Southbourne Road at the junction of Beaufort Road (mini roundabout therof).

They then state that my mobile phone was ending in 207, yet as I have said already, that on the header page they have it ending in 494. They state my address is Seaton Grange, yet as already pointed out on the header pager they have it that my address is my current address which is only from late 2013!

To compound their stupidty even further, they have it that it was an RTC (collision) and ‘Sight Injury’, when in FACT I broke my finger and right wrist, was concussed and taken to hospital. They then go on to have me saying I cut the roundabout which was NEVER said – the liars, which for reasons known to them, they wanted these lies to pin this accident onto me – thus my suspicions were aroused and thus this story unfolded.

As I have already opined that with a RTA or an RTC, it is imperative that the Police get their summaries and descriptions 100% right and mostly they don’t and this can be very important in cases like murder and can lead to all the wrongful imprisonments we keep getting! In both the incidents on this same day – they went to court. Yet look at just how sloppy the paperwork is on both. How can anyone believe a word of any of their files, seen here, and how that had an affect on me?

5. FILE 55139069819. Dated 26/6/2013.

Another file showing Dorset Police’s abject uselessness. For this was a robbery. At the back of the block of flats I was then living in, was a double row of lock-up garages-one for each flat. One day I saw that 6-7 of their doors had been wrenched upwards to gain access, including mine. Obviously a criminal looking for anything worth nicking. Mine included and I had a car in there plus many tools etc. Funnily enough no tools had been taken, but the contents were now at risk of a return by the thief as one could not now close the place up. The summary said it was only an ‘attempt’ yet it had been successful and 7 doors utterly wrecked at a cost of £900 per door. I had to complain that they seemed to not be bothered at this and surely a Dorset Police investigative cop should attend as one door had obvious fingerprints all over it.

Dorset Police were utterly useless in that the Dorset Police cop that turned up would not take impressions of any of those fingerprints. His unbelievable excuse was “We can’t lift fingerprints off a dusty surface!!” This was yet another case of the Police cannot be bothered with crime but can spend many hours compiling Stasi files on anyone they fancy and break every Data Protection rule in the book!

The file on this again showed how thick Dorset Police are in that this THEFT was further on summarised as a HATE CRIME! On yet another Summary-it was under ‘Personal classification’ and it was said to be ‘Arrested Charged’, which is a sick joke as they couldn’t even be bothered with this crime let alone find the thief and arrest/charge him!

FILE 55160075499. Dated 11/6/2016.

Yet another total incorrectly written up file that shows me to have assaulted someone. For the first Summary stated ‘Hate Crime’ and no further explanation but on a second summary it states ‘Assaulted by resident who is now inside locus’ then further on in the summary it is stated ‘Informant was arrested following a report of an assault’ this is saying I assaulted someone and was arrested!

This relates to the story I have already covered above about the delivery driver shouting ageist abuse to me. Because I was not in the day before when he had arrived to deliver a large parcel and he was boiling over for having to waste his time – because of an old fart. I had made a written complaint to Dorset Police that they had not investigated that driver let alone charged him with anything. So now the Dorset Police are having it that I was arrested which is a complete lie and once again shows to anyone looking at my files a completely wrong impression of myself.

FILE 55180130181. Date 13/8/2018.

This yet another case of me doing my duty and reporting that my next door neighbour was being attacking and had shouted for ‘HELP’ yet how the file is written up, on the header page makes it look like I am the attacker, as under Summary it then states ‘Involved Persons’ and then gives all my details etc.

The point here is that even tho’ I disagree with these so called Intelligence Files and the Police’s propensity for making them, when they contain made up lies or even info that is totally incorrect, that makes the files non Bona-fide (this word means in this context-non real or genuine) and thus makes such files irrelevant-so why are they there? For they thus serve no purpose and yet the Dorset Police refuse to erase them as per my rights under the Data Protection Act of 2018. My request was batted away by the Dorset Police stating they had the right to have all these files and under their document ridiculously called- ‘Police Privacy Document’ Even the name of this document is farce for the keeping of such Intelligence Files is open to abuse and certain does not afford the recipient of such files any privacy. Further on I will show you the 4 pages of that document-so you can see for yourself that in my case all the sections they give to enable them to make their claim that they have the right to keep files on innocent of any crime people. Also this Privacy Document negates the whole of the data protection act-so what is the point of this act?

What it is-is a good old sleight of hand situation that our government & its Stasi police employ all the time in order to fool the public.

First I am going to show you a copy of the Data Protection Act so you can see for yourself exactly what it says. After that I will show you how I went about letting the Dorset Police know that under the Act I was asking them to erase all the files and my reasons under the Act for this. That letter was dated the 26th June 2024 and addressed to the Chief Constable and sent by recorded delivery and was received. I did not get any response until a letter sent me ,on an email from an Inspector Whittle who said he was joint Head of the Dorset Police ‘Complaints and Misconduct Unit’ I found this strange as I had not sent the Dorset Police a Complaint letter, but the aforementioned request for erasure letter of the 24th June to the Chief Constable. I knew there was no way she herself would deal with this, but I knew staff in her department should send it onto the correct department for processing.

If you cast your mind back to the 80’s and 90’s, there were fierce condemnations of how all British Police Forces dealt with complaints made against the Police and as the Met Police in London were the most corrupt Force out and were receiving huge amounts of complaints that were pretty much all dealt with corruptly. I remember it well as at that time I was having problems with them myself over the huge problem I was having that is allied to this story. I will at the end of this story, point you to where you can read all about that allied example of Police corruption, that has in the end led me to where I am today with my fight against Political and Police corruption and especially Dorset Police!

In the governments infinite wisdom they decided the best way for the Police in the UK was to pass onto another Police Force any complaints the public may have about their Police Force. The stupidity of British politicians never ceases to amaze and annoy me. For they obviously couldn’t see as I and many others could see, is that ALL British Police Forces are CORRUPT and would only back up any other Force if they could. All cops are tarred with the same brush and so it has proved again and again. In this case you can see that fact and that Dorset Police have passed on my Subject Access Request for the release of all the files the Dorset Police had on me, to another force and in this case the Devon and Cornwall Police.

So it was they who were taking the 6 months to process/manipulate all my files and it was they who were continually contacting me over the period of January 2024 to June 2024, asking for more time. Now just before I got the files in mid June, 2024, – I was so hacked off by then at the 6 months that had gone by, that I sent into the Dorset Police Chief Constable, a letter of Complaint to try and get my request done. But before I could get any response-I got the files. As you can see I was so hacked off at what I found in them, that under the Act, I immediately decided to request that they were erased and I did that to the Dorset Police Chief Constable, as there was no Police guidance on any site anywhere, on who to send a request to and again I thought the Dorset Police would just pass it onto the right department to deal with it? How foolish and trusting I was!!! For what did I get, but a stack of never ending emails and letters all showing their efforts to stuff me up any which way.

You will see on this document several points that should have applied to my situation.

Point 1.

‘Used fairly, lawfully and transparently – How the use in all the files in my case can be said the be FAIR? Or even LAWFUL ​ or TRANSPARENT? On the last point I did not even know for years they had any files on me!

Point 2.

‘Used for specified, explicit purposes’. – No specified or explicit purpose has ever been explained to me and now I cannot see any of that – seeing as I am not a criminal-never indulged in criminal matters, don’t drink or frequent Pubs, don’t have or want friends, don’t belong to any clubs, don’t attend demos of any sort, and keep a low profile and mostly busy with my lawful and well known businesses and after heart attack-retired and keeping busy and occupied with my hobby of messing about with classic cars. Was I a threat to the country?

Point 3.

‘Used in a way that is adequate, relevant and limited to only what is necessary.’ Well all that is open to be used to fit anything they think of and typical of how government makes up laws that can be taken to mean anything they want!! In my case there is absolutely nothing about me and my life that can be leapt upon and made to fit and apply to anything they throw up.

Point 4.

‘Accurate and where necessary, kept up to date’ Once again this absolutely does not fit the facts of any of my files. As I have pointed out. Every one of them is way out of date-anyway.

Point 5.

‘Kept for no longer than necessary’ This is the Joker in the pack. So why are my files still there after 24 years?And why are they breaking their own rules to keep them there??

Point 6.

‘Handled in a way that ensures appropriate security, including protection against unlawful or unauthorised processing access, loss destruction or damage’

All the above is just typical government bullshit that can be taken by the authorities to mean anything and made to fit everything they want it to fit.

Then they go on to claim that ‘There is stronger legal protection for sensitive information, such as:-

Point 1.

‘Race’- well they absolutely would have to have that in as No1. But as I am WHITE & an OLD MALE- no protection for me!

Point 2.

‘Ethnic Background’ – Another absolute inclusion point- but as in No 1-As I am BRITISH & WHITE I don’t matter!

Point 3.

‘Political Opinions’ – The only opinions about politics I have is they are all crooks- Oops you can get locked up for saying that in Stasiland UK.

Point 4.

‘Religious beliefs’- religion as it a con against mugs, so I have no beliefs.

Point 5.

‘Trade Union membership’ Never needed to join a union as always self employed. After Forces.

Point 6.

‘Genetics’- another catch all point as what does it mean and could be manipulated to mean Anything.

Point 7.

‘Biometrics’ when used for ID

Point 8.

‘Health’ what has ones health got to do with files keeping, by the Dorset Police?

Point 9.

‘Sex life’ Why on earth should ones sex life have anything to do with the Dorset Police anyway?

Your rights.

This is another joke when it comes to how the Dorset Police have shown again and again in my case

I have no rights. Even when I point out to them my rights they deny them.

Point 1.

‘Be informed how your Data is being used’. Another sick Joke for I never knew I had Data on me and certainly I have never been informed how they are using it -except it is obvious they are using it to beat me over my head.

Point 2.

‘Access personal data’, but look at the song and dance I had to put up with to get it.

Point 3.

‘Have incorrect data updated’. I have pointed out they have incorrect data and yet they are messing me about to correct and or delete it. Just recently I sent in an email to the Dorset Police to query as to are they the correct department to send in a query to about correcting incorrect data and asked for a quick reply and weeks later still waiting!

Point 4.

‘Have data erased’ and as you have already seen when I did this, they did not clearly decline and say why-they just sent me their so called ‘Privacy Document’- which you will see ahead a copy of. As all that was in that document could not apply to me in any way. So they treat you with the utmost disrespect and thus showing you that they think your rights matter not a jot.

Point 5

’Stop or restricting the processing of your data’- Another sick Joke! Can you imagine me asking that and what kind of treatment I would get?

Point 6.

‘Data portability’- would not apply to me at all.

Point 7.

‘Object to how your data is processed. Another sick joke.

Point 8.

‘Automated decision making’, As I never knew I had files on me, how would I know what they were doing with them and as they have never contacted me about them-ever – likewise.

Point 9.

‘Profiling to predict your behaviour or interests’. Now here I think this is just one reason why they may have at some point decided to keep tabs on me and this was instituted by someone in Dorset Police with something against me – as I have intimated already and above.

Correspondence

My request letter to the Dorset Police Chief Constable 24 June 2024

The contents are self explanatory, but it was the way it was handled. I got no confirmation of receipt so never told who would deal with it, no reference number given, nor any intimation as to when to expect a reply.

Then on the 22^nd July 2024 (Read a copy of the letter here (opens in new tab) or download a pdf copy) I get a letter on an email from an Inspector Whittle who it is said is the Head of the ‘Complaints & Misconduct Unit’ totally unexpected reply and from a department that showed me was completely the wrong department to be ostensibly replying to my request letter for erasure.

A reference Number of CO/00744/24 was on that letter, but that meant nothing to me. After careful studying of that letter it was impossible to tell what it was about. The reasons for that are:-

1. It starts with a heading of ‘Complaint about the police’ and on the first line goes on again about my ‘recent letter to the Dorset Police and my complaint against the Police. Here I have to point out that if the people in the Police were educated and any good in their job and don’t forget this is an Inspector so should not be a dumb lower level constable, yet he does not tell me – what was the date of my alleged complaint? So that I could refer to my files and get it out and see what I had said and to whom etc.

For recently the only letter I had sent anyone in the Police was a letter the Chief Constable complaining about the fact that 6 months had gone by and I am still waiting for the files to be sent me. So naturally I thought that he must be referring to that. But why send me such a letter which does not lay out what letter and the date it was sent and what it was about?

This was to be the start of an endless set of events that amounted to jiggery-pokery and by this execrable man- Whittle. For non of the rest of his letter as you will, see sheds any light on what it is all about. But he states someone will ring me to sort my ‘complaint’ out… and here the fact is, no one ever did ring me so I never got to be able to ask what it was all about! Note that I could not ring Whittle as the phone number given on his letter,-you never got anywhere if you did ring it, which is par for the course these days especially with government departments who now never employ human beings to answer phones and put you through to the right person and department!

So naturally I deduced that he was talking about my letter complaining about the time delay on getting any files. This thought was actually determined by the fact that the next day I get an email which contained all the 46 files etc and unbelievably sent by encrypted email. So naturally I thought he too would have got notified of this and I could now ignore this letter and get on with examining the files.

I sent this reply to Whittle the next day and you can see I refer to the erasure of my files and nothing to do with any complaints I had made to the Dorset Police Chief Constable.

I got no reply from him about this letter-par for the course.

The next day I get an email from a Department calling itself RMU and telling me this was the right department to carry out an erasure but they required a month and I should get an answer by the 26^th August. I never did get an answer by then.

I then received an encrypted response that was only visable on a online portal but I eventually managed to get a copy of the letter.

Comments on the encrypted letter sent me by Cornwall Police on 11th September 2024 which includes the ‘police privacy document’

The 2 Page letter really is a load of gobble-de-gook and like all the letters you get from Dorset Police and others, they simply haven’t a clue how to write a letter that CLEARLY refers to what they are referring to in the letters you sent them and when. This is because long periods of time elapse before they reply to letters you sent (this can be 2-3 MONTHS!) and in the meantime you have sent off many emails and letter to many different departments and people. You simply cannot be expected to remember what you said and when & to whom, so it is imperative that they tell you the date of your letter and what part of it they are commenting on. That way you can get a copy of your letter and refer to it. So they start off by merely saying that they responding to my letter (to whom?) of the 26^th June. Thankfully I could trace that to be the erasure request I sent to the Dorset Police Chief Constable.

However the rest of the letter is so badly written I could barely understand what they were getting at. It is a dreadful letter which is a knock back of your request for erasure. This shows again their lack of respect for the people they are dealing with and their RIGHTS. Their arguments made no sense at all and never covered ALL that I had brought up in my letter, where I gave my reasons for them not having files on me. But what I did get to see was that this letters simply was giving me two fingers with little comprehensible arguments put to me or advice etc. Obviously nil comprehension of how such files can affect peoples lives.

However in this dreadful letter they had a heading as you can see – headed-’Privacy notice/Dorset Police’ and if I wanted to know what all that is about I should look it up online. Which of course I did and was again horrified at what I saw. I am putting it on this document for you to see yourself and you will see that we now in this country are being ruled by a government who have sneaked into law methods where they and the police (on their behalf) can regulate and keep tabs on all of us. This by making up these ‘intelligence files’ where they get the contents of, from any number of sources -all listed in the privacy document. Even the name of the document has been deliberately used to slyly stick it to the British public- for what little privacy do we now have with this sort of thing hanging over our heads?

Comments on the Privacy Document

This 5 page document contains too many paragraphs on many subjects which all amounts to every excuse under the sun they have thought up, to give them the right to keep files on info on people – and I only include people who have never broken the law or been charged and found not guilty.

I found that every listed excuse could not include myself or someone like myself. This because the topics given just do not fit me or my lifestyle. They stress on page 4 that you have rights of access, to be informed, to rectification, and erasure. Which are all hollow rights, as my efforts to get them upheld – you can see got me nowhere except to be trashed by Insp Whittle – The yob. So much for my rights! The ONE & ONLY excuse is headed ‘VICTIMS OF CRIME’ – I will comment separately on this topic further on. But all the rest of the excuses would make Putin or any Russians and their Stasi forces they employed in their previously run and conquered countries in Europe- like East Germany, proud. You really need to take in all the info seen in this document and apply it to yourself and how it could affect you and your friends and family if you were the victim of false files on you. For it gives the police every excuse they could wish for to operate our country and the way they can control us all. Is that what every law abiding Brit wants to see in this country?

Now the most important point I want to make is that this ‘Police Privacy Document’ absolutely negates the whole of the ‘Data Protection Act’. I hope you can see that – for what it does is – on the one hand we are supposed to get all the rights as seen in the 2018 data act, but then the ‘privacy document takes them all away from us!

Comments on the letter sent me by Dorset Police on 9th December 2024

Again this was headed as a ’Complaint against Dorset Police.’ Yet again I had not made for some time such a complaint as all I was trying now to achieve was the erasure of my files and why they were stopping me from doing this. Again this man has no idea how to write a properly explained letter, so I have no idea what complaint he is talking about is about or who I made it to. So cannot check what is was all about. I think that could be a deliberate attempt by him to make it all ‘vague’ and not referable.

Then he says that the issues I raise are ‘virtually identical’ to the ones I raised in a previous complaint. But again deliberately fails to state what they were and the stating of an alleged reference number of CO/744/24 does not help at all. For in my files only one letter gives that Ref No and was the complaint I made re the failure of Dorset Police to send me the files even after 6 months. As far as I am concerned this is a deliberate ‘red herring’ letter designed to confuse me and give him & Dorset Police the ability to claim that whatever I complained about re Dorset Police had been dealt with already and I was merely repeating complaints that had already made and that gave them the right to ignore my complaint – as a waste of time etc.

This execrable Insp Whittle claims that my previous complaint had been finalised on the 2^nd September 2024. This is an absolute lie-every word of this letters is.

No letter dated 2/9/24 has ever been sent me. You will see how important this letter is, which is a complete an utter fabrication and lie. Further on and in two ways you will see what I mean.

I sent this email to this department because the IOPC had told me that they would not deal with my complaint to them over the Dorset Police refusing to erase my documents and that in my documents could be seen files that were obviously forged/made up by the DPA/not bona-fide. Their letter to me was headed Formal Decision, that phrase being seen in this email.

I laid out the reasons why I was expecting the Dorset Police to comply with what the IOPC said I should ask for. IE a Formal Decision- as to why they refuse to erase my files. Plus pointing out that it is clear many of the files have been fabricated and put in illegally.

As is usual with the Dorset Police they never acknowledge receipt.

Then I got a letter from the execrable Insp Whittle dated 12th March 2025 and once more headed:

COMPLAINT AGAINST THE POLICE and once again I have not actually made a complaint against the Police as he claims and is replying to and if this letter is in reply to my letter of the 18^th Feb-why does this man not say so?

In fact this whole letter is merely a facsimile of his letter he sent on the 9th December 2024. I believe any decent and educated person would immediately see that this has been deliberately concocted in order to insult me-stuff me up-give me two fingers and say to me-there is no way we are going to do anything you request-go away & get stuffed.

Indeed that is what they have done as you will see further on in this exposé.

I am sure many of you that have bothered to read this exposé will be thinking “why the Hell has this bloke bothered” ? So now I am going to explain WHY:-

I have relatives who were forced to live under the yoke of the Stasi and the Russians who controlled everything in East Germany. My ex wife lived under the yoke of the Russians in Czechoslovakia. It affected the whole of her way of looking at the World. It eventually led to us breaking up.

I personally had experience of what the Russians and their Stasi did, to East Germany and in particularly in Dresden where my relatives are from. In 1991/2 when the UK was under a recession which affected the turnover of my business-building Cobra Replicas. My German agent got me to temporarily move my business to Fulda, in order to build a racing Cobra for a Swiss customer and help him build up his agency. After I did that and started on another Cobra, things quickly started to get better in the UK. So I decided rather than go to all the cost and hassle of getting all my jigs and moulds on a lorry and back to Blighty, I would try and sell them as a business to someone in Germany. For the Krauts were mad on fast sports cars especially the Cobras. I quickly found a guy in Dresden who ran a Courier delivery business with vans who bought the whole business. The deal being that after delivering the gear to Dresden, I would stay for some time there and teach his mechanics the ropes.

You may wonder why I am telling you this-but here is the nub. He turned out to be an aggressive bastard and absolutely the type that would have been in the Russian Secret Service (KGB) and Stasi. I gleaned enough from him and his past, to realise this was no dreaming on my part. I had my money, his so called mechanics were a disinterested lazy lot (the Ossies as the West Germans called them, were renowned for being lazy. All that meant I should just pack in and quickly disappear, which is what I did and drove to Hamburg and the ferry back to Blighty. But what all that did was give me a first hand knowledge of what the Stasi were like, plus lots of info off my relatives-too. So why would I not feel that my country is turning into very like a Russian State as Boris opined in the Daily Mail just recently. For once I agree with him and this is why I want to expose not only the Dorset Police but the fact that all the UK Police Forces are behaving the same way and it is obvious that many of the citizens of my country are oblivious as to what is happening to our freedoms, and they could have files on them, they know nothing about. And do not forget the story of the High Wickham young girl (23) who suffered at the hands of the cop in the Thames Valley Police who she ditched and he concocted even more files than I have, making her out to have broken all sorts of laws. Her father exposed it all and had to take it to Court. Being an attractive young woman she was able to get her story covered by the UK Press. Me being an old MAN-they don’t want to know and these days the Media seem mostly to be scared of the cops-so I cannot get this story and its facts out and through our media, and no doubt our government has a hand in it using State Security laws to depress such stories – we don’t want to scare the peasants do we?

There will be naive people who think I am a nutter and am OK with helping crooks-not being exposed on Intelligence Files. So let me make it very plain. I despise criminals of any sort and always have done-seeing as I have been several times affected by their criminality. Had my successful business wrecked by one & as you can see in these files on me-been affected by them in my retirement as well.

In any case I came from a Police background with my Father, Grandfather, Uncle all in the Liverpool Police and I was in the RAF Police. I was brought up to obey our laws. But knowing what I know about Policing, I have long thought that the British Police are utterly useless at catching criminals and protecting the Public from as many as possible and not forgetting how many cops turn out themselves to be crooks? So it goes without saying that Yes we should have files on as many crooks and gang members as possible-but what is the truth on this? The ‘intelligence files’ can & are on innocent members of the public who are not crooks and have NEVER broken any laws-like myself!

The useless police cannot differentiate between the two-because they are too thick!

Page 1 has a header at the top of the page which lists my details, then my current address, all the mobile phones I have owned since 2001. Then below there follow 3 what I would call MINI files.

These do not contain much info and are not readily and obviously apparent to be about me.

BUT of course any cop and it would have to be a cop researching dirt on me, would only have to search under the Reference/Occurrence number to get to the real full file and to see that it refers to me.

Readers who have persevered with this exposé and have got this far will have seen in the above conclusion that I have had ongoing problems with not only the Dorset Police but including the worst Police Force in the country-the Met Police of London. They are undoubtedly the most corrupt and useless Police Force going and they are in close collaboration with the Dorset Police! Many ex Met cops must retire here or move here for a better more lazy life!

You will also see in my blog ‘I am Raging Mad’ that I have directed you to, that the Met Police, were responsible for the Dorset Police making my life and business, eventually become ruined. The Intellectual Property Office were also heavily involved as you will see if you read that blog in full. Together with my book downloadable from that blog that forensically details all that went on. Why am I mentioning this now?

Well in this exposé above, you only get to see what the Dorset police have done to me since 2001 and of course they have been at it against me since 1992. What they got up to pre 2001 is even worse. That my friends is a total of 33 years of harassment, intimidation, corruption and some of you may wonder why the Hell I didn’t take it to court. That is only possible if you are rich and extremely rich and even then, I saw that our allegedly 100% clean British Justice System, admired World Wide, cannot be trusted to be as clean as they will have you believe. This especially so when you are trying to expose the corruption of the government or one of its departments. The bastards all stick together covering each others arses- including our poshboy & girl nobs that call themselves ‘judges’.

In the early days of my fight against the IPO and my ex London agent, over the theft of my legally owned Trade Mark ‘Viper’, the Police were not involved as it was a civil matter and until 1992 I had never had any comings to with Dorset Police over the Trade Mark issue. However in 1992 it all started and has gone on ever since. Initially my first experience at just how corrupt Dorset Police are, was to do with of all things-wretched dog owners. For at that time I was living in a house in a suburb of Bournemouth where the 1920’s houses mostly had a lane running along the back of the houses. This gave car owners in those houses able to have garages backing onto those lanes.

My house had a nice double garage and one even had a pit. So when my Cobra business hit a down turn in trade due to the recession and I was running out of a large expensive factory, costing much to run. I got rid of all my staff and used my home garage to complete an existing Cobra order for a Dutch garage owner and at my home. Now that lane way was not tarmacked and had grass covering it instead. Trouble was that over many years the wheels of cars using the lane had dug two lanes of sunken tracks and in between and those tracks the ground was higher and grassed. Another trouble was that many of the local dog owners brought their pooches to do their business on the nice grasses of that lane. So what you may wonder?

First thing in the morning would walk down that lane to a corner shop for my newspaper and then back to the garage. One morning coming the other way, was an older couple with the inevitable dog on a lead. The man who I took to be around 60 and tall and the woman could have been his wife. The man greeted me as we passed, but I am afraid I was rather brusque and told him I hoped they were not going to allow their dog to shit on the lane as others were doing to my annoyance. The man took this badly as they do and got aggressive by coming at me in a way that suggested he would get physical. Then he changed his mind and walked off and I carried on to my garage to start work on the Cobra body.

My garage door did not come right to the edge of the lane as there was a flat concrete apron about 6 foot wide from the garage doors to the lane. I had the doors open and the Cobra sticking out somewhat, while I wet and dried the body for polishing. While doing this I heard the sound of someone approaching me rapidly and on foot. Looking up it was this dog owner man, but on his own. He immediately came onto the apron and right towards me and I knew he was going to start something physical. I told him he was on my property and to get off. He carried on I had split second to make my mind up what to do. Thinking that throwing a bucket of my water over him would be better than hitting him and should stop him, I threw the whole contents into his face. Still came at me so I hit him three or four time very quickly and used my body weight to push him backwards and off my property. His words were “Now you have done it” and off he stumbled. I closed down the job I was doing and carried on working inside the garage.

Having a mid morning drink in my lounge I could see I was being visited by the Plod but decided to make them wait so never answered the door. However was again visited later on in the day and that was the beginning of years of hassle from Dorset Police. Went through the usual at the police station where I found out that this man was a recently retired ex Dorset police man. That explained all and why he as so aggressive etc and from then on I have had decades of crap from them. The nub of all this is that his son by the dreadful name of PC Snook was a serving Dorset Police officer and he no doubt had a big hand in what transpired. For he one day after this, walked up the lane past my garage to suss me out and I recognised him from having seen him about in his cop car. A nasty looking piece of a cop at that.

I inevitably got charged with ‘Assault’ etc and awaited a court appearance. But whilst doing that I was driving back from London late one evening around 12 midnight when on approaching the traffic lights outside the Hospital on Castle Lane I had to stop as they were on red. A small car pulled up alongside me with two scruffy lads in it and something told me they were up to no good.

I was in my Jag so I put my foot down to lose them as they obviously were now following me. I lost them around several turns I made before arriving at my front door. Getting stuff out of my boot that I’d gone to London to get, the car I’d lost pulled up in the middle of the road and just behind me. The yob lad in the passenger seat yelled at me “You beat up my Grandad and I am going to get you”

I could see that my next door neighbours bedroom window had his lights on and the window was slightly open thus no doubt would be able to hear the loud shouting coming from this yob. I was on good terms with him, so next day I asked if he had heard it all, which he had and he said he would be willing to verify all that to my solicitors, which he did.

Miraculously the case against me collapsed as the ex cop saw the light and dropped it all. But telling you all, this long winded story about Dorset Police has the purpose of showing you that here there could well be an explanation for what then went on to happen to me visa vie Dorset Police and their subsequent behaviour towards me. It may not of course, as after that unsavoury incident, I spent two years with my Swiss & German agents helping them to build up their agencies while awaiting the UK economy to get over the recession it had.

After I came back to the UK in late 1992 I was then in a long legal battle over my ex London agent who had whilst I was away in Europe, had decided to steal my Trade Mark and copy my Cobra Replica to boot. Then approached Chrysler posing as the owner of the T/M but would sell it to them for £500K for their own Viper they were trying to import to the UK This is all in the blog.

I have just sent an email to the Record Deletion Request department of the Dorset Police.

Subject: I SENT AN UNREPLIED TO EMAIL TO YOU IN JUNE LAST YEAR

This was to do with erasing records you have on me when I have never committed any crime-so should have no records. And I want them erased as is my right under the Data Act. 2018.

You previously used the Police Privacy Document as your excuse. But legally this is no excuse for you to have any files on me. Try reading all the rules on this. One of the rules states that files that are not about criminal matters should only be kept for 6 years. All mine are over 6 years old & the six that did cover criminal matters – I was the ‘victim’ & not a perpetrater. Yet the record do not show that & now all six are out of date and can serve no policing purpose. In any case all five are grossly incorrect in how they are summarised so what purpose would they have ever served?

1/ What I want to know from some senior person is why do you think that anything in that document (police privacy) is applicable to me? Plus why is it that police interest in me only started in 2001?

2/ Why is it that despite me showing Dorset Police that all the 56 files all with designated file reference numbers, you have 28 files with no summary description as to why a file was raised? Is it that all 28 files helped to make my file look bigger and thus making me look like someone the police should keep an eye on?

3/ Why is it that despite my showing that all the files starting in 2001 to late 2013, show a header/occurrence details page giving my address details that are at a place I never lived at until nov 2013. Plus you have me living at that address of [current address] since 2016 instead of 2013. Thus making the file non bona-fide! All those files if bona-fide, would have been made on the day of the alleged event-that meant a file had to be raised-yet files were raised giving details that were not known at the file date! an explanation as to why you ignored these obviously forged files that were made up & all non bona-fide.

4/ Why is it that on the file dated 2001 it has been shown that not only is there no explanation given – nothing could have happened anyway and I had an cast iron alibi showing that to be so & I was living in [district] not [district]!

5/ Why is it that a file dated in 2007 has been raised when I was in [abroad]?!

6/ Why is it that on a page designated page 1- you show me owning/using phone number [number] when that phone is also being shown as used at onwards dates after I had stopped using it & had a new one.

7/ Why is it that on that page 1 you have me owning a car registered to me at [date] when I have never owned that car and have not owned any car for years.

8/ Why is it that all files with a ref no seen on pages 1-6 give no explanation as to why the file was raised or what it was about. All files have a reference number- so what purpose did they serve except to clog up the file you have made on myself

The following file descriptions all have full page headers describing ref numbers etc and all have my address incorrectly stated.

9/ On page 9 you have again my address incorrectly as [address] and the short summary is totally wrong as are the phones said to be mine & in use.

10/ On this page again the phones used and address are wrong and no summary. Re the three phones you list me having-you have me using a phone at date before I had bought it and dates after I had stopped using it- so all records re phones are mostly incorrect-so what purpose does that serve?

11/ This travesty of a file and summary is so incorrect-all details are incorrect and it is made out to make me at fault. It fails to mention that the attending constable changed a witness statement that said I was not at fault-to at fault! He was only reprimanded, yet should have been sacked for attempting to pervert the course of justice. This file is a disgrace! You lot could not even get the place of the RTA right, stating a completely different road! I was the victim and the driver was found to be guilty and I got paid out by his insurance company-yet you the Dorset Police tried to make me to be at fault-so a gross example of all the files not being bona-fide and all should be erased. Yet there it is clogging up my file which you refuse to erase. Pages 11 to 16 cover this incident.

12/ Page 17/18-another example of a non bona-fide file. Again could not even get the correct road for this RTA-fools. My address was again given incorrectly as [address] on the header page, yet in the description of the RTA the correct address is stated. Thus it is incorrectly shown I am living at two addresses. Like in the previous file it fails to show I was the victim and the driver was prosecuted. Two phone numbers again incorrecct.

13/ Page 19. A blank file with incorrect address and two phones used also incorrect.

14/ Page 20/21. This is yet another file that is a disgrace as all comments are totally incorrect, and is one of the six that deals with an alleged criminal matter. But a matter where I was the victim of a scam. All the summary is grossly incorrect and the CPS deliberately for a year refused to supply alleged police evidence until on the court steps. The case was thrown out when it was shown that the DPA never investigated this case. Yet non of that is stated and thus makes it look like I was ‘guilty’ thus not bona-fide. Again shows my wrong address & phones owned & used. Has to be erased.

15/ Page 22/23. This one of the five showing criminal matters, which again badly written up and shows me to be the perp when I and 6 others were the victims of a burglar. Another file showing my address when it was prior to me living there & incorrect phone numbers shown. So again a non bona-fide file which should thus be erased.

16/ Page 24. A short two word summary that makes no sense. Wrong phone numbers again.

17/ Pages 25-27. Another of the six files re criminal matters-yet again I ‘am the victim’ this time of a delivery driver who subjected me to a tirade of ageist abuse and then perjured himself with lying to the police by accusing me of assaulting him. I was not arrested-there were no witnesses or CCTV evidence yet the DPA went through their usual charade of trying to pin this on me, but had in the end to drop it, for no evidence! My complaint about the ageist abuse and perjurist lies were ignored.

18/ Page 28-30. This is a file on my reporting the driver as seen in above file. Summary is a total fabrication – I have documentary evidence that the DPA connived with my landlord over all of this-trying to pin this on me – the CEO of my landlord is an ex Dorset policeman who I had many problems-an absolute bully, all documented. So this file is absolutely a non bona-fide and should be erased.

19/ Page 31. This is a file absolutely about a non police matter-why is it on my file?

20/ Page 32/33. Another file with a badly written up summary that makes me look like a perp. But this was me reporting an assault on my neighbour and trying to get a 999 dozy officer to get the police here quickly. Phone details still wrong!

21/ Page 34. Yet another file already dealt with as above. Why on my file?

22/ Pages 35/36. A file that is now well out of date and can serve no policing purpose-so should be erased.

23/ Pages 37-42. These files are merely myself reporting covid & parking breaches. Why on a file and now serving no policing purpose and should be erased.

24/ Page 43. This short file shows a woman police constable conniving with my landlord to keep them abreast about myself-why? Needs erasing as again is serving no policing purpose.

25/ Pages 44/45. This file is actually about a criminal matter I reported as I was threatened by an Ebay potential purchaser who threatened to have friends come by me to ‘deal’ with me. I gave email evidence but as usual the DPA never did anything. However file now is no longer having any policing purpose so should also be erased.

26/ Pages 46-55. These 6 files are all about myself-reporting to a government online service about cars in my street being left by a car trader in the street (which has a lack of car spaces) all with no mot or tax. This is a non police matter to a non police government department – DVLA ) so why are these shown on my police file? stuffing it up even more rubbish. Erase them!

27/ Page 56. Amazingly this is yet another file concocted up by the DPA to fill my file. It states it is a ‘pubic order offence’ yet no details are given at all! It states that an ‘offence has taken place at a block of flats I have never visited nor definitely not at 20:44 at night. I never leave my flat after 1800 hours. So another forgery by the DPA to blacken my name.

So it can clearly be seen that many files are concocted/forged and one has to ask why. This is a serious matter which the Dorset Police have spent since 2001 much time formulating and it is clear the only reason can be to blacken my name and make out that I am a person of interest to the police to keep a constant eye on me. This when apart from 6-7 files that could be said to need to be made and filed, all the rest should never have been made up and in a bulging file upon myself.

Even the 5-6 files that you could claim needed to be made up-they are all so badly written up with incorrect statements in them that it renders them ‘not fit for purpose’- so why are they there-to mess my life up and that can positively be seen when the DPA behaved the way they did over the scam accusation that I scratched a car. They deliberately failed to investigate that case and connived with the accuser and her so called witnesses whom she knew. This was all done in order to get her car ‘tarted’ up for the purpose of selling it for a higher price due to its poor body condition. Had the police actually done a proper investigation this would have been seen. yet the DPA set out to make me sweat for a year before my Barrister could expose it all and have it thrown out. Yet the grossly inaccurate file is there in my file which in any case I should have no files, as I have never committed any crimes despite the DPA trying their best to make it appear I have. I know why it is thus – someone in the DPA has it in for me- all the evidence shows this. One person is a Mr [surname], who still works for my landlord but is an ex-cop and all the evidence I have shows his hate of myself and his connivance with the DPA – once a cop always a cop and he still has connections with the DPA.

Why despite all my complaints about the Dorset Police and their criminality has all been ignored and swept under the carpet? I have to tell you that this document will go onto a website I have been forced to compile in order to expose the Dorset Police.

Why have The Sun newspaper written an article exposing the Dorset Police as the worst police force in the country? and just very recently.

The Sun says Dorset Police – “the worst in the UK” and the TV Drama – The Hack

I am not the only one who thinks Dorset Police are the worst police force in the UK – who would have thought it?

You may have seen the recent article in the Sun newspaper by a journalist called Emma Parry. In it she has highlighted the fact that a whistleblower has come forward in relation to an original Met Police investigation into their own cops and how bad they were regarding misogyny etc. (And murdering women too) This person either lives in Dorset or works for Dorset Police.

What has been said is that the Dorset Police is the worst in the country despite its small size, but of course the writer is referring to only their treatment of women. This somewhat annoys me for what is infinitely much more important is how good is a Police Force at doing its job of POLICING? I mean POLICING ALL ASPECTS OF LIFE IN ANY AREA OF THE UK. Of course that would also include how they police what is actually going on in its own Force and regards all its staff. Plus how they treat the PUBLIC and how good are they at all aspects of policing.

I have had experience of Dorset Police going back to when in 1976 I moved my retail and manufacturing business down from London to Bournemouth. Then in 1985 I started to manufacture sportscars in Christchurch. So since then to now I have had plenty of experience of Dorset Police. I can tell you they have never been happy times as this exposure will show you and especially if you also read in full my book Justice Denied and my blog – ’I am raging mad’ and on that blog you can download the book. All in all you will get the full picture of exactly what Dorset Police is all about.

I found it even more galling when I have sent to all the UK national newspapers, a letter to their CEO to more or less beg them to help expose Dorset Police and this about two weeks ago. So far not one paper has acknowledged receipt in any way – INCLUDING THE SUN!

Now just recently a drama series called ‘THE HACK’ has started and I’ve watched the first two episodes on ITV. It is about how the ‘News of the World’ owned by that Aussie bloke Robert Murdock who amazingly is still alive. He hit on the wheeze that by hacking into the phones of important people like politicians, industry high-ups, film stars and so on and thus get loads of dirty info they wanted kept quiet. He could in effect blackmail them to have it kept quiet or sell it to whoever. I am sure you remember the kerfuffle it all caused and he was exposed.

In the ‘Hack’ an investigative journo called Nick Davies who worked through the Guardian and their head Honcho of that time, was trying to expose what the ‘News of the World’ were upto. Watching that story in detail I eventually I cottoned onto the fact that it was highlighting the very same scenario that I have suffered from over my fight with the British Establishment and since 1999. When the Dorset Police & their mates the Met Police, conspired with the Intellectual Property Office to get me in prison for an alleged act of forgery-thus out of the way of Chrsyler who could then take over my car trademark they wanted for use in the UK for their sportscar they had also called Viper, but in the States – YOU CAN SEE ALL THE FACTS AND EVIDENCE IN MY BOOK ‘Justice Denied’ and on my blog ‘I am Raging Mad’.

Both I and Nick Davies was and is up against fighting the British Establishment and their hold on everything in the UK. Unless you are very rich you stand no chance. Nick had a rich newspaper behind him and it took ages and much fighting and he nearly never made it. In the end he did with the help of witnesses who eventually caved in and helped him expose what Murdock had been doing Of course Murdock in effect through his riches got away with it personally but his paper didn’t-so no more salacious News of the Screws. I used to read it when a teenager but grew out of it.

Now I have no chance to fight in court and have to try my luck in other ways but will I ever get lucky?

Part 3

Up to today the 25th October, this is where I am at – NOWHERE!

From reading this case to now you will have seen that I have recently sent each CEO of each National Newspaper, a letter trying to get their newspaper to investigate my story/case. Not one has had the decency to acknowledge receipt of that letter, let alone take any interest in the facts which show how the establishment is treating members of the public, even a case that needs to be exposed to the public, as it is in their interest to know the facts. 

I believe it is no coincidence that the above and everything about my case is just a coincidence and here is why:

I mentioned above about the new TV drama- ‘The Hack’ and how the investigative Journo Nick had similar problems getting anyone or any entity to act and give answers. Including police & politicians. In other words he was up against a brick wall all the time. This is what I have suffered from ever since I started to fight in 2002 against the civil servants in the Intellectual Property Office who seemed determined to wrest away from me, my registered Trade Mark-which they the bastards had allowed me to register in my name. That process of registering was handled by a Trade Marks specialist-not me- so it was done profesionally. Yet from the minute I applied for registration Chrysler stepped in and opposed the application. The story of all that is in my book Justice Denied and in my blog-‘I am Raging Mad’.

My point is that there was more to all that, than meets the eye as I have intimated many times. I firmly believe that Chrysler had a hand in how the IPO decided to treat me and they were aided and abetted by high up civil servants and members of Parliament. It is all too much of a coincidence. Plus as with Nick in the drama, we was also up against civil servants and politicians and in that case instead of a big company like Chrysler, it was multi millionaire-one Murdock with newspapers all over the place and God knows what politicians in his pay and grasp.

To show that it is a big possibility that high up politicians and civil servants have their sticky fingers all over my case, I refer you to the De Lorean story. I am sure you remember him. He had left as the CEO of Chrysler and wanted to set up his own sportscar manufacturing business. He looked around to find who could supply the millions to set up a big factory to do all this and found we Brit

suckers and even Maggie Thatcher. She was up for setting up this potentional supplier of jobs for the sick economy of N.Ireland. So De Lorean was fed millions and a factory on a plate and we all know where it all ended.

So what -you may say. Well what I am intimating is that Chrysler were in the same frame of mind to set up a deal with us stupid sucker Brits, to enable Chrysler to set up a load of dealerships to sell their new sportscar which they had recently started to manufacture back in the States. This huge car with a V10 engine and funnily enough with the trademark name of ‘Viper’ – ring a bell? To get this car to sell -Europe wide as well as in the UK, they set up a ‘one make car race series’ in which all the cars were their ‘Vipers’. The only snag after them spending millions on all this by booking race tracks and Trade Mark registering that mark in all the the EU countries-so they could advertise all this-was the fact that in 1990 and in the UK, yours truly was in the throws of registering that Mark-‘Viper’! Based on my well advertised use-back to 1985. The law is that the first to use a Mark has the right to register it !

They thought-‘Well so what, we are a huge International company with clout and millions behind us-so we just swat this Englishman out of the way by opposing his application.’ Which they tried, but as you can se in my book and blog-they failed to do… and what do Yanky big companies do when they don’t get their way- they threaten or bribe/buy their way out-they have history for this-don’t they? So use your imagination as to what they got upto ‘TO SWAT ME OUT OF THE WAY? it is all there in the book. The rest is history and so is the inevitable downfall of my Cobra manufacturing business etc!  And my coming to with the Met and the Dorset Police! The utter bastards – all of them.

You may think what has your fight over your Intellectual Property got to do with Dorset Police and the Met Police? Well they both were heavily involved in helping Chrysler and the Intellectual Property Office in trying to get me out of the way and imprisoned for forgery and then refusing to Investigate the multiple acts of ‘Perjury’ committed by my ex London agent. It is all there to see in my blog and book. My reporting of both Poice Forces to the authorities for the many acts of breaking the law over the way they behaved resulted in them hating me even more and determined to ‘get me’-again all to be sen in the blog & book.

To show you what an absolute shower Dorset Police are, I will recount to you a story that beggars belief, about them. I came across a chap who was an independent Rolls Royce specialist engineer who had contacts or relatives in Poole. So visited there regularly. On one visit he parked his expensive car overnight somewhere in Poole area, but it got stolen. Naturally reported it to the Dorset Police, but as usual found them to uninterested. He funded his own enquiries and lo and behold, found it to be registered to a local woman. On further enquiries found that unbeleiveably this woman was married to a high up local copper who was involved in the blokes complaints about the whole affair. Naturally as the Dorset Police had messed him about-as they seem to like doing, he wasn’t  happy and vowed to hit back.

He did this by opening up a website just like I have, in order to expose them to the people of Dorset. On that website he invited anyone with a gripe and bad experience with the Dorset Police, to put their story onto the website and I put my story on as it stood at that time. This obviously got up the nose of the wonderful Dorset Police and they spent a lot of time and no doubt tax payers money in trying to get that website taken down. But the wonderfully stupid bastards seemed to be ignorant of the fact that as the website was an American one-no Yanky court would allow that. So it ran for some years and until I guess Mr Rolls Royce tired of it and took it down himself and got on with his life. 

Finally this is the list of all the entities that I have had to fight-with my hands tied behind my back-a roll call of what is wrong with Great Britain of today-:

The Intellectual Property Office-The UK Civil Service-the Met Police-the Dorset Police-the IOPC – The ICO- Every department of the UK Justice System- The Justice Minister at the various times-Attorney General-Office for Judicial Complaints-Judicial Appointments and Conduct Ombudsman- Independent Police Complaints Commission (now known as the IOPC) three of my local MP’s all useless- the last three Prime Ministers (before dickhead Starmer). All failed to do a thing and are a con on the British People!

Quangoes costing the public millions each year and achieving nothing!

There is hardly a day that goes by when we don’t see just how bad and useless all our politicians and police forces are – thus the oft repeated phrase… ‘BROKEN BRITAIN’

There were a number of other government departments I tried to use-to get my ex London agent – a slimy criminal there ever-was, Dealt his just deserts – but the establishment protected him – I wonder why? – his history is again seen in the Book… ‘JUSTICE DENIED’ (In case you wonder-this book was never published and was for sending individuals who may help me and for my own research purposes-so I could remember all the facts- so no money made there!)

27th November

The following copies of letters will show you just how determined the Dorset Police and their crony Hayes MP are to stop me from getting help to expose how I am being stopped – under the Data Protection Act, of having non police matters files (56) they hold on me erased. First Hayes refuses to meet face-to-face, so I can show him all the facts – he is too busy brown nosing the Dorset Police. So I sent 2 emails to the Police Minister, pointing out that Hayes refuses to do his job as per the MP’s rules. She ignored the 1st email – the second email resulted in a reply from, of all departments, ‘The Home Office’ – see what I had to say to them. I now intend to contact the boss of Hayes – copy when done to come.
