Needless to say you people are so incompetent that despite saying I can expect a reply AND THAT MY RECORDS HAVE BEEN ERASED -by 26th August, I have not been sent confirmation of this- NOW SOME TWO WEEKS ON.
Failure to do this by end of this week-IT WILL BE A COMPLAINT SENT THROUGH TO THE ICO AND A FORMAL COMPLAINT TO YOUR C.C
