YOU SHOULD BE AWARE OF THESE FACTS RE POLICE.

Firstly I have to tell you that I have been forced to send you this email directly and not as usual through my local MP. As he is thick as thieves with my local police and he refuses to see me, so I can tell him the facts which are seriously affecting my life – even tho’ he boasts that he and his staff will help constituents. I can show you his emails that consistently refuse to help me and he is a Labour MP – is this what Labour is all about?
So please don’t bin this email.
As the Police Minister I wonder if you do know that the UK Police keep files on UK citizens who have never committed any crime in their life.
These files can be started by rogue cops who dislike someone enough to break the law and fabricate fictitious files! This has happened to me and has affected my life since around 2013. What they are doing is no less than ‘perverting the course of justice’ – which is a criminal act and I am powerless to do anything to get it stopped and get my files erased, as is my right. They will use the excuse that they have a right to keep files on me under their ‘police privacy document’ which non of it can possibly apply to me. I ask the question-as I had no experience with Dorset Police at the time they decided to start these file, what reason did they think they had to start these files on me in 2001?
Using the Data Protection Act of 2018 I forced them to release the files and astonishingly found no less than 56 files on me (28 blank) when I have never committed any crime in my life. I am an ex Forces Policeman and my Father and his family were all policemen and I was strictly brought up. After RAF service I became an engineer with my own businesses in the ‘UK and 4 other countries, so definitely not engaged in anything the police should have an interest in. Retired in 2002 and spent three years abroad travelling before settling down for a quiet retired life, yet the Dorset Police have since 2001 kept these files which have had an effect on my life and even now at 84!
Many of the files are just made up/fabricated/forged as the information on them is not true/I was abroad/telephone numbers all incorrect.
Each file has obviously been made recently as files pre 2013 all give my address as the one I only moved to in 2013 and they have me owning a car I’ve never owned! How bad can all this be and thus making all the files – non bono-fide and should be erased on that score alone. What are they hiding I ask and why is your fellow MP Hayes protecting them? Do I have to go to the media over this and I will if you trash this and do nothing.
They refuse to erase them under my rights under the act and I ask you:- is this what the UK has come to in how the public gets treated by the police, as I know I am not the only one to have suffered thus and as I don’t have the money to take it to court nor the time on earth anyway-how am I expected to obtain justice here? It is like living under the Stasi and I have relatives who did, so know that in the UK now, we are no better off as our police now act much the same as they did. Evidence of this daily in the news.

I have been dealing with civil servants and MP’s since the 1970’s due to my businesses and on a very large scale. So forgive me for again having to tell you that I am ‘no fool’ yet you refuse to see that and admit it to yourselves. So you have consistently gone on to feed me with stuff I know is totally incorrect. Not content with that, you have lowered yourself-in your desperation, to EVEN go on to use the old kernel of; “Let’s get rid of this person by accusing him/her of “should not be subjected to language or accusations that are hostile or aggressive” – or “be respectful”. We as civil servants can do this and get away with it as we have the power & this idiot citizen has no powers-unless he is extremely rich which we know he isn’t! Been through all this many times before-as civil servants simply hate being told approved, that they are wrong.
In my email back to you of the 24th Feb 2025, in my paragraph 3/ I pointed out to you that despite my asking you to spell out EXACTLY what I said in any of my emails that you could claim what I had said, all came under the accusations I lay out above, that you accused me of. Well of course you decide in your wisdom to ignore that request. I pointed out many of the REAL acts that the DPA had committed-to you in my emails of the 12th Feb & 14th Feb and you have chosen to ignore those facts I gave you and as some of those facts concerned illegal criminal acts by the DPA – how does that make you look like?
Now my silence since my last email doesn’t mean I have died or given up, because the last thing I do before I go is to force the DPA to erase all those fabricated lying files and under my rights
of the Data Protection Act 2018. Of course as it is clear to me that Mr Hayes MP has chosen to be in hock to the DPA-no doubt so he can earn many Brownie points with them and on his political Labour Party file. I may have to look further for getting justice.
Due to my extensive previous experience with MP’s and getting justice, I know it is in the remit of any MP after meeting with a constituent to hear all the facts of how they are being stuffed by a government department and by even being the recipient of unlawful criminal acts by that department (In this case the Dorset Police) that he the MP can then go to whatever Minister is responsible for that area of governance. The MP can even bring up the subject matter in Parliament. But of course it seems to me that it is either (a) a case that Mr Hayes doesn’t know this or more likely, (b) he simply doesn’t want to rock the boat as he’s been brainwashed by the DPA- which is it?
For I believe it is a distinct possibility that Mr Hayes MP has been brainwashed by certain individuals in the DPA to frustrate all efforts of myself to expose the DPA and certain individuals within the DPA. whichever way it is-i am determined that I will expose it all. For there are many ways this can be done- and I am a very determined individual who is sick of being trashed especially by the Police, who were in my life from the beginning and who I served with in the RAF and once expected to be part of in civilian life-until I saw the light!
To this end I have ready, a letter to send to a person who would be in a position look into all the facts of how I am being treated and denied my lawful right to stop this nonsense. But it is better that this person is approached by Mr Hayes-as is my right! If I do not receive a quick reply which says I can have a meeting with Mr Hayes, so I can show him verbally and with evidence the criminal actions the DPA have committed and how he can take that evidence to the right people for the ‘good of his constituent’! I know it is not necessary for me to go to law who will take years i haven’t got or who would cost huge mounts of money I haven’t got.
Is it to be… another ignoring this email & request or another attack on my good character with unsubstantiated trash remarks-that will be added to all the evidence I am building up? All I am wanting is my files are erased & that done everything else disappears-simples!
