FORMAL COMPLAINT.

Dear Madam,
THIS LETTER HAS BEEN MADE NECESSARY BY THE ACTIONS OF MEMBERS OF YOUR FORCE.
Under the FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT 2018 I have the right to not only request disclosure of all files your Force has kept on me. Which I did last year and after 6 months when the Act states a month, I received no less than 54 A4 Pages containing 46 files. One would think that I was a serial law breaker and had been for decades and indeed maybe a Bournemouth gang leader involved in committing all kinds of criminal acts.
Yet the truth of the matter is that I have never broken any law especially a criminal law, so it is clear that I should not have any files upon me whatsoever. Yet since 1992 it became clear to me that someone within your Force has had it in for me. For since then whenever I have had to come into contact with your force either as a victim, or me making an enquiry on something, or reporting law breaking generally-But more importantly having a third party engaging in fraudulent acts upon myself. The result was that members of your force then acted in a biased way against me in order to stitch me up for things I never did. This by deliberately engaging in investigations that were obviously designed not to get to the truth, but to end up arresting me in order to get me found guilty, even if it meant it would wreck my life. You and your force have ruined my business, my life and my health. So do you really think I will forget all that the DPA have done to me? Dream on !
From 1992 onwards and at various times right up to last year, on no less than 7 times the Dorset Police tried to ‘GET ME’-I think probably in retribution of what happened in 1992. I should point out that prior to 1992 I was either in the Forces, living in London or living and working abroad, I came to Bournemouth in 1985 from Australia to move my car manufacturing business here and my ‘Police Problems’ started from a point in 1992 onwards. Up to 1985 I had never had any problems with any police force in the UK or abroad in the USA or Australia. In fact I come from a Police family background and was in the RAF Police myself, AND I THEREFORE HAVE AN IMPECCABLE BACKGROUND.
In 1992 I had a house in [retracted]. An ex DPA cop by the name of Snook, entered my property uninvited with the obvious intention of attacking me. I was entitled by law to defend myself which I did and he was repulsed. The DPA attempted to do me for assault, but as is the case with the police these days that-they failed to see that the grandson of this ex cop having threatened to kill me, which was witnessed, put a stop to that corrupt nonsense. But I know what the Police are all about these days and it is obvious that the DPA from then on, kept a file on me to make me a persona non grata individual who should be at any time that presents itself-be stitched up for whatever was possible-in order to teach him that you don’t mess about with the Police!! That is EXACTLY what has been going on against me since then.
Quite frankly if I were rich I would have sued the DPA and all those cops who broke the law endlessly, trying to ‘pervert the course of justice’ in order to wreak their revenge on me. I have all the evidence to back all that I claim, but not the money and as today there is no justice in Britain for poor indigenous citizens, especially those who would have to fight any government body, with the bottomless pit of taxpayers money to use to lie and corruptly perjure themselves out of a hole. But be aware that this an option for me if ever it becomes possible.
This complaint deals with the DPA’s latest attempt to get back at me and stuff me up-namely to illegally refuse under the Act, by once again lying through their back teeth, by denying me my rights under the Data Protection Act to have all the malicious rubbish on all the 28 files your corrupt cops have engineered on me. At one stage some years back I took you to court as a self litigant and during that process I got legal advice under Pro-Bono from a Barrister QC that the police cannot keep files on me when non of them are about criminal acts, I was said to have committed. Whilst initially I won that skirmish, true to form the DPA still ignored the fact that all the files they had on me were kept on your records and added to. NOW IF THAT ISN’T CORRUPT THEN WHAT CONSTITUTES CORRUPTION??
As soon as I could now see all the non criminal records and rubbish you had in those files on me, I sent YOU in June this year, a recorded letter asking for my files to be erased. Of course you yourself are too high and mighty to make sure that happened-so it gets sent down to some low life cop who eventually responds and he/she does that by sending me a letter that you cynically encrypted-knowing full well that the average citizen would be incapable to opening it. In it, my request IS NOT DEALT WITH IN A MANNER THAT WOULD CLEARLY TELL ME WHY YOU ARE REFUSING TO ERASE EACH AND EVERY OF THE 28 FILES-AS PER THE ICO RULES.
So what your force cynically does, is to include in your encrypted letter, a 6 page document that amazingly you call ~ ‘PRIVACY NOTICE’ It does not deal at all with my erasure request to YOU, and the many reasons I gave you in that letter,+ for the erasure…..BUT SETS OUT A HIGH NUMBER OF REASONS THAT YOU THE DPA CAN KEEP RECORDS ON CITIZENS FOR EVERY REASON UNDER THE SUN- NON WHICH CAN APPLY TO ME ! This is not complying with your duty to behave in a civilised manner and to act within the rules of the FIOAct. Which state how a request for erasure should be handled. The ICO also lay down similar rules and your force has cynically ignored them as well. I DEMAND YOU ORDER THE ERASURE THESE 28 FILES & ANY OTHERS YOU HAVE NOT SHOWN ME AS FILES BACK TO 1992 PROBABLY ALSO EXIST.
What all this means is that you like so many other British Police Forces are doing EXACTLY WHAT THE RUSSIANS DID AND STILL DO ON THEIR CITIZENS- that is that you are keeping records on millions of people who have COMMITTED NO CRIMES WHAT-SO- EVER and when they complain, you go on to treat them like dirt. BELIEVE YOU ME-YOU AND YOU DRONES HAVE PICKED THE WRONG PERSON IN ME TO TREAT THIS WAY AND IF NECESSARY I WILL CARRY ON TRYING TO EXPOSE YOU TO MY GRAVE AND YOU SHOULD PRAY TO GOD I DON’T WIN THE LOTTERY! THIS SHOULD BE DEALT WITH BY YOU & NOT ON A LOCAL LEVEL
